My Approach
My therapeutic approach combines the depth of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), the simplicity of fast EFT – known as energy tapping – and the excitement of Coaching, to best support you.
Together, these methods offer a holistic pathway to healing and thriving in life, addressing both past struggles and future aspirations. It teaches you how to return to the present moment where the inner peace and potential exists.
My aim is to help you and who you are deep down, embrace and accept yourself as you are and with that, trust yourself enough to create the life you want. So that you won't have to “run away” from the present moment or look outside yourself for answers, validation, love, approval, fulfillment and decisions.

Coaching is a personalized journey dedicated to empowering individuals, guiding them to unlock their inner potential and resolve challenges. This process involves working together as a team. I believe in your innate capacity to find answers within yourself. Alongside this belief, I provide the necessary tools and strategies to support and drive you toward taking action. Knowledge and insights are great, but the real change happens when these insights are implemented in real life. This journey is deliberate. Hypnotherapy involves inducing a state of deep relaxation through guided meditation to access the subconscious mind and influence behaviors, thoughts and emotions. Hypnotherapy is a place in your mind where anything is possible. During sessions, I guide you into a relaxed state where your mind becomes more receptive to suggestions that support your goals. By utilizing relaxation techniques and imagery, hypnotherapy aims to alleviate anxiety, manage phobias, overcome addictions, and address chronic pain. It's a safe and effective method that can be used independently or in conjunction with other forms of therapy to promote profound healing and calm.
RTT is an innovative therapeutic approach founded on the principle of neuroplasticity, which refers to the brain's ability to reorganize and form new neural connections. It was developed over 30 years by Marisa Peer and designed to create rapid and permanent change. RTT combines various techniques such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy. During RTT sessions we delve deep into the subconscious mind via guided meditation /hypnosis where we uncover and address the root causes of issues that hold you back from being at your best in life. Many clients notice an immediate shift in mindset and behaviour almost immediately after the first session. Most clients need between 1-3 sessions depending on what they are working on, with each cycle running for 21 days. Sessions are customised and focus on investigating events of the past, interpret them, challenge the negative beliefs formed as children and install new helpful, empowering patterns. The aim is to provide you with powerful insights, liberating you from past limitations, and equipping you with the tools necessary for sustained personal growth and transformation.
EFT is a mind-body therapy used to neutralize and process uncomfortable feelings, concerns and even physical pain. It involves tapping with your fingers on nine specific meridian points of the body in a set sequence. This technique draws on the traditional Chinese medicine practice of acupuncture and it is used as a therapeutic tool or as a self- help approach in modern psychology. EFT can relieve stress, improve the immune system, help process emotions and calm down the nervous system. It can be used on its own or alongside other modalities.
